Yes, you have the flexibility to select specific sections of the package. However, we highly recommend taking the entire package for the sake of convenience, cost savings, and time efficiency.

4. Are there any hidden costs in ILP Packages?
We believe in transparency. Our packages clearly outline inclusions and exclusions. You can always reach out to us 24/7 for any clarifications, and we do not have hidden charges.

If you provide us with a package from another company, we’ll compare it thoroughly and provide our best rates. Additionally, our emphasis on service quality and security sets us apart, as we are a registered company under tourism authority.

8. How many days prior to my trip should I book the package?
For holiday packages and custom-made tours, we recommend booking at least 1 month before the travel date. For larger groups, booking 1-2 months in advance ensures the best services. We also accept instant bookings, subject to availability.

9. How can I pay for my booking amount?
We offer various payment options for your convenience, including Cash in Bank or at our offices, NEFT, Cheque, Online Transactions on our website (www.indialonelyplanet.com) using Credit/Debit/Master Card, NEFT without adding, and EMI options.

10. What is the minimum advance required to confirm the package?
A minimum token amount of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. For sufficient advance payment, 50% of the total billing must be cleared 7 days before your journey.

11. Once I’ve made the payment, when can I expect my travel vouchers?
Our ILP executives typically take 1-24 hours to arrange everything and issue the booking voucher.

12. What does my travel voucher include?
Our comprehensive booking voucher contains essential details, such as the invoice number, confirmed accommodation information, transport details, service contact numbers, and more.

13. What documents should I carry during my trip?
Ensure you have essential documents such as the booking voucher/confirmation letter and valid ID proof with you during your trip.

14. How and where can I make the remaining payment for the tour?
The remaining amount can be settled at any point during your tour, and we generally prefer cash payments. In certain cases, we can accept Debit Card/Credit Card/NEFT, subject to a 3.5% extra charge.

15. What happens if one of my scheduled activities is canceled due to weather conditions?
In the event of a scheduled activity being canceled due to weather conditions, we’ll offer alternatives (if feasible) at no additional cost or reschedule your itinerary.

16. Can I change my tour plans after confirming the package? Are there any conditions/restrictions?
Yes, we accept amendments after confirmation, but certain conditions apply:

– Amendments must be made at least 7 days prior to the journey.
– Changes to travel dates can be made once without any charge, but subsequent changes will incur a fee.
– Any additional costs arising from amendments will be borne by you.
– Amendments are subject to availability, travel dates, and other factors.

17. I want to cancel my trip. How can I do it? Are there any cancellation charges?
To cancel your trip, simply send a cancellation email or communicate with your dedicated sales executive. As a cancellation charge, the advance amount will be non-refundable. However, genuine cases with at least 7 days’ prior notice may be eligible for a refund after deduction of service charges.

18. Will I get a refund if I don’t use any of my booked services during the tour?
Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for un-availed services, such as transport, meals, or accommodations.”**
