Day 1: Arrival in Delhi – Journey to Manali
– Your adventure begins as you arrive in Delhi via Air or Train.
– Head to the Boarding point by 5:00 PM, departing promptly at 5:30 PM for an overnight Volvo bus ride from Delhi to Manali (10 – 14hrs).
– Manali, known as the “Valley of the Gods,” offers an array of adventure sports such as skiing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. A haven for adventure and comfort seekers alike.
– Embark on an overnight journey in a comfortable AC VOLVO bus, reaching Manali by 7:00 AM the following morning.
Day 2: Manali Local Exploration – Half Day
– Arrive at the Manali Volvo station and be transferred to your hotel in the morning.
– Check-in and freshen up before embarking on a half-day city tour. Explore Hadimba Devi Temple, situated amidst Van Vihar, Vashisht Village and Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Van Vihar, Manali Market, The Mall, and the Tibetan Monastery.
– Spend the evening at leisure, wandering through the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX Market) of Manali.
Day 3: Rohtang Pass Adventure
– Enjoy breakfast and set off to Rohtang Pass, weather permitting.
– Participate in exhilarating activities such as Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, and Snow Scooter rides (expenses on your own).
– Return to Manali in the afternoon after a day of thrilling adventures.
Day 4: Naggar Castle and Kullu-Manikaran Excursion
– After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Naggar Castle, an enchanting medieval structure built around 1460 AD under Raja Jagat Singh. Managed by HPTDC, the castle holds historical significance. En route, visit Jagatsukh Gayatri Temple and a Fish Farm.
– Return to Manali and spend a leisurely evening exploring the local market. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Kullu and Manikaran Discovery – Departure
– Begin the day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on an excursion to Kullu and Manikaran.
– Engage in River Rafting (on direct payment) and indulge in shopping for renowned Pashmina Shawls in Kullu. Visit the Vaishno Devi Temple and the local market before proceeding to Manikaran.
– Immerse yourself in the Natural Hot Springs of Sulphur and visit the old Ram Temple and Gurudwara in Manikaran, nestled in the picturesque Parvati valley alongside the river Beas.
– Return to Manali, where you’ll have a morning meal at the hotel before checking out by 12:00 noon.
– Explore the local market for shopping (on direct payment) before proceeding to the Manali bus stop. Late afternoon, board the Volvo bus for Delhi or your onward journey.

Airfare and Airport Transfers:
Flight tickets and transportation to and from the airport are not part of this package and need to be arranged separately.
Travel & Medical Insurance:
Travel and medical insurance coverage is not included in the package. We recommend considering insurance for added security during your journey.
Government Service Tax:
The government service tax of 4.50% is not included in the package cost.
Items Not Mentioned:
Any services or items not specifically mentioned under “Package Inclusions” are not covered.
Personal Expenses:
Expenses of a personal nature such as optional tours, additional meals, camera fees, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are not included.
Please note that these exclusions allow you the flexibility to tailor your travel arrangements according to your preferences and needs.
Payment Policy:
A contractual agreement between the company and the client is established upon receipt of the specified initial deposit for the chosen tour package. Payments are to be made following the guidelines outlined in the Payment Policy.
Tour Cancellation:
In the event that a customer decides to cancel their booking up to 15 days before the travel date due to reasons such as accident, illness, or personal circumstances, including non-payment of the balance amount, the Company reserves the right to levy cancellation charges on the client. All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Advance Non-Refundable:
The advance amount of 50% becomes non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the travel dates or in cases of No Show.
Non-Refundable Advance Token:
An advance token amount of 25% is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Exceptional Refund Policy:
In exceptional cases like an instant death, the company may refund the advance payment amount after deducting necessary service charges* (Note: A death certificate is required for such refunds).
Package Costing Adjustment:
The Company reserves the authority to modify the package cost in case of future increases in hotel tariffs, taxes, transportation, or other additional services.
Booking Voucher:
Only the services mentioned in the booking voucher will be provided to the customers.
Complimentary Services:
Any complimentary services that are not provided cannot be claimed in the form of cash, money, or alternative services.
Service Charge Clarification:
It’s important to distinguish between Service Charge and Service Tax.
Prepone & Postpone Requests:
Clients wishing to reschedule their travel dates should inform us via email at least 7 days prior to the journey.
Prepone & Postpone Charges:
Clients can reschedule their tour once without additional charges (if communicated in writing at least 7 days before the travel date). Subsequent rescheduling will incur additional charges.
Service Provider Charges:
Note that some service providers (Hotels, Transporters, etc.) might impose postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. These charges will be deducted from the advance amount.
Availability Consideration:
In all rescheduling scenarios, services and costs are subject to the availability of hotels, transport, and the season.
Special Conditions:
Changes to the plan are not accepted within 7 days of the travel date. In exceptional cases like adverse weather conditions or strikes, the package may be postponed, with prior notice.
Advance Payment Validity:
The validity period for utilizing your advance payment in rescheduling scenarios is 1 year from the date of the advance payment.
Advance Payment Transferability:
The advance payment and invoice number can be transferred to others, provided the terms and conditions are met.
Rescheduling of Sightseeing:
The company reserves the right to reschedule sightseeing days to ensure smooth tour execution.
Amendment During the Tour:
Any amendments requested during the tour will be treated as a new booking, incurring additional costs beyond the initially allocated tour cost.
