Day 1: Departure from Delhi to Manali (570 KMS)
Your exciting weekend escape begins as you arrive in Delhi, making your way to the boarding point on your own. The departure is scheduled for 05:30 PM, so be sure to reach by 05:00 PM. Settle into your overnight journey aboard a comfortable AC Volvo bus bound for Manali. As you travel through the night (approximately 10 – 14 hours), soak in the anticipation of the adventure that awaits. Manali, often referred to as the “Valley of the Gods,” offers a plethora of adventure activities like skiing, mountaineering, paragliding, and more, making it a perfect blend of thrill and comfort. You’ll arrive in Manali around 07:00 AM the next morning.
Day 2: Exploring Manali’s Local Delights
Upon your morning arrival at Manali Volvo station, you’ll be greeted and transported to your hotel. After checking in, embark on a half-day city tour in a private car. Discover the Hadimba Devi Temple, a unique wooden temple located amidst the serene Van Vihar. Continue your exploration with visits to Vashisht Village and Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Van Vihar, Manali Market, The Mall, and the Tibetan Monastery. The evening is yours to wander through the vibrant Shopping Malls of Manali, including Mall Road & IBEX Market.
Day 3: Rohtang Pass Adventure
Following a delicious breakfast, gear up for an exhilarating drive to Rohtang Pass, where you’ll experience the snow line (subject to Rohtang Pass accessibility). Engage in thrilling activities like skiing, horse riding, yak riding, and snow scooter rides (at your own expense). Return to Manali in the evening, carrying with you the memories of a day well-spent amidst stunning landscapes.
Day 4: Naggar Castle and Return to Delhi via Kullu
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and embark on an excursion to Naggar Castle, a captivating medieval structure dating back to 1460 AD. This historical gem, once under the rule of Raja Jagat Singh and now managed by HPTDC, offers a unique experience. En route, visit the serene Jagatsukh Gaytri Temple and the vibrant Fish Farm. Your journey continues to Kullu, where you’ll explore the revered Vaishno Devi Temple, renowned Kullu Shawl factories, and the thrilling Kullu Rafting Point. As your adventure-filled weekend draws to a close, you’ll head back to Manali Volvo station or pick up the Volvo from Kullu. Your return journey to Delhi aboard an AC Volvo bus is scheduled for 04:00 PM, with an estimated arrival in Delhi around 07:00 AM the following day.

Payment Policy
There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.
Tour Cancellation
In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
Advance Non-refundable
Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days of the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Non-refundable Advance token
Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases
Exceptional Refund Policy
In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)
Hike in Package Costing
The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.
Booking Voucher
Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.
Complimentary Services
Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.

Prepone & Postpone
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.
Prepone & Postpone Charges
The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Prepone & Postpone Charges by service providers
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
Prepone & Postpone availability
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time
Special Conditions
We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
Advance payment validity
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
Advance payment transferable
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
Reschedule the siteseeing
Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Amendment requested during the tour
Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.
